Sat Nam,
Important is the body, but far more important is the mind. The purpose of the body is to be a good vehicle for the mind. The purpose of the mind is to project the clear impulse of the soul.
For the body to work as a good vehicle, some kind of a pranic-based, daily exercise is essential for the human being. The energy of the navel must be activated, the blood must flow, and the body must sweat. For the mind to stay clean and clear, and for the human to stay happy and vital, daily meditation is a necessity.
Brushing your teeth and flossing is a necessity to keep the teeth and gums healthy. Showering is a necessity to keep yourself fresh and clean. Meditation is a necessity to keep the mind healthy and clear.
We are living during a time on the planet where this positition, this understaning is the name of the game. This is a world of sublety, of intuitive flow, of divine royalty. It is familiar to us all and is the source of our coziness. It is not foreign or strange. It is where happiness lives and depression is unknown. It is the birthright of the human and the habitat of the yogi.
Sat Nam,
