Sat Nam,

Autumn has officially arrived. Personally, I love this time of year. There is something cozy and nostalgic about the fall weather that soothes my soul so nicely.

Their are hidden gems to discover through observing the cycles of nature. The Creator speaks the language of metaphor...of mystery. Nature is simple, and yet its simplicity holds a substance of such depth, normal language all too often fails to express its magnitude. It is from this space that all art is born, all poems are written, all music is composed and all songs are sung.

I believe in the word art as it exists in the phrase 'Thou Art God'.  Art is what connects the finite (Thou), with the infinite (God). When I hear Simrit sing, it as if the Creator is expressing itself by its own voice, through its own mouth, and with its own tongue.

This is art in its highest form.

Our greatest movies, our most beloved music, and our most revered literature all possess this power.

Yogis learn to use the landscape of their life as a canvas for painting the face of the infinite on all that they do. At our best, we experience the exhiliration of the God-Force flowing through us. We are a vessel animated by the life-force intelligence.

At other times we experience the inner pain of our ego's density dulling our subtley, our refinement, and our grace.

Eventually, our pain becomes our pleasure and our pleasure our pain...The work becomes the relaxation and the activity our stillness. Our art becomes our every word, our every movement, our every moment. Our purpose becomes apparent and our life-path illuminated.

It is through tasting even the smallest touch of this space, we become willing to do the hard labor that lies before us. Whatever it takes could not be nearly as difficult as the pain of our tongues not tasting that sweetness again. Whatever it takes pales in comparison to the experience of doing what we were born to do.

This is the essence of both The Life-Force Formula and The Complete Course of Ayurveda...creating the body and mind most conducive for this process to take place.
