One of the most powerful allies the human being can acquire is sensitivy to prana, sensitivity to how environments influence prana, and how to consciously move and direct the prana. The paradox is that the most subtle aspects of your being, are the most impactful in regards to physical health, the tranquility of the mind and the depth of the happiness.
One of the gifts of a consistent Kundalini Yoga practice is the heightened sensitivity that is acquired. When sensitivity to the environment is increased, the ability to effectively navigate through the environment also increases. In other words, essentially every aspect of life improves. You communicate more clearly, you avoid bad relationships more easily, you acquire good relationship more consistently, your prosperity naturally moves in an upward direction and life is generally more enjoyable.
Heightened sensitivity also means that many things can change in life: the types of foods you eat, the clothes you wear, the friends you keep, and so forth....all are signs that positive momentum and growth are taking place. Just one Kundalini Yoga class can positively change the course of one's life forever. Yet, consistency is the key ingredient to ensure we remain moving in the directionality of our life's mission.
